Event Details

While Festival of Books admission and most festival activities are free, tickets are required for all indoor panels.

Panel tickets will be available to the general public at 9 am on April 15, with a $1.00 service fee applied to each panel ticket reserved.

A limited amount of tickets for each panel, while supplies last, are also distributed on site at the Festival of Books ticketing booth on the day of the panel - booth #463.

 

A Panel Pass is the best way to make sure you see your favorite authors. Each Panel Pass includes:

 

1. Opportunity to reserve up to 8 Festival of Books panel tickets, free of any service charges, before they are made available to the general public.

2. One official Festival of Books 2012 poster, mailed to the shipping address provided during your order.

3. Opportunity to buy half-price tickets to the 2012 Los Angeles Times Book Prizes ceremony on April 20 at USC's Bovard Auditorium.

4. Exclusive opportunity to purchase limited-quantity valet parking at the event (while supplies last).

 

Upon purchase of a Panel Pass, the link to reserve your Festival of Books panel tickets will be sent to the emal address provided with your order.

 

Panel Passes are available for purchase through noon on April 13.

Panel tickets must be reserved by the Panel Pass holder by 1:00 pm on April 13.

Up to 8 panel tickets may be reserved by each Panel Pass holder, in any combination of 8 (8 tickets for 1 panel, 1 ticket for 8 different panels, etc).
